TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS

The Pine Mountain Club Tennis and Pickleball Courts feature one of the finest tennis and pickleball courts within the Los Padres National forest. Take in a singles match or bring family members and guests for a doubles set or a game of pickleball. Head over to the Clubhouse Lounge or Condor Café after you've taken in a match or two.

You may find it challenging to keep your eyes on the ball with the spectacular views of Mt. Pinos and Sawmill Mountain looking on.

SWIMMING POOL

Whether you are looking to relax after a hike in the forest or make relaxation the adventure of the day, you can take advantage of the newly completed seasonal outdoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi at the Clubhouse.

Surrounded by loungers and areas of shade, it's a great place to hang out, get some sun and make a splash. The pool opens in May and closes in October.

The Pine Mountain Club Clubhouse offers guests a cozy lounge with a fireplace and full bar.

You'll find a restaurant with special and full menus, recreation room with air hockey, ping-pong, board games and video games, and view decks with seating and retractable shade umbrellas.

Located in the heart of Pine Mountain Club and a short walk from the Inn, Lampkin Park features picnic areas, barbecues, gazebo, grassy knolls, and places to relax and enjoy the magnificent forest setting and spectacular views.

The park offers a volleyball sand court, tetherball, and a basketball court. For kids, the park offers a sandy playground and plenty of room to run, swing sets, monkey bars, and slide towers.

Pine Mountain Club Equestrian Center offers a full range of boarding services and reliable maintenance of facilities and enclosures. Equine comfort and safety is a top priority.

HIKING TRAILS

If you like to hike or meander on trails, Pine Mountain Club offers trailheads that connect directly to Los Padres National Forest from Pine Mountain Club residential streets for residents and guests. These trails vary from fairly flat walking paths to challenging outcropped terrains leading to higher elevations.

The Pine Mountain Club area is also the gateway to over 24 Trailheads spanning over 1,200 miles.

HIKING

FERN'S LAKE

Beautiful Fern's Lake was named after Fernan Oliver for his dedication to preserving the lake. The lake is fed year-round by a mountain stream and is home to several species of fish including big mouth bass —no need for a fishing license.

Please catch and release. Take a walk around the lake or bring a folding chair and just relax and take in the scenery. Picnic tables are available and leashed pets are welcome. You can even bring your battery or wind-powered radio-control boats.

The lake is open from 8 a.m. to dusk.

If you love hiking and nature walks, Pine Mountain Club is the perfect destination. The surrounding Los Padres National Forest offers over 1,200 miles of pristine wilderness to explore.

From dense, primitive mixed-conifer forests to the rugged badlands of the Chumash Indian Wilderness, you'll find everything you need to discover and enjoy 24 incredible hiking trails, just minutes from Pine Mountain Club.

GETTING HERE IS EASY

FROM INTERSTATE I-5

From either direction on I-5, take the Frazier Mountain Park Road Exit (205). Go west for 12 miles. Bear right onto Mil Potrero Highway and drive 6 miles into Pine Mountain.

Pine Mountain Village is on the left. You will see the Village sign at the corner of Mil Potrero Highway and Freeman Drive. Turn left on Freeman Drive.

Turn right on Pine Valley Lane into the Village.

FROM THE CALIFORNIA COAST & 101 FREEWAY

Pismo Beach Area

From either direction on the 101 Freeway, take the CA-166 exit. Take CA-166 east for approximately 70 miles. Turn right onto Hudson Ranch Road and proceed for approximately 25 miles into Pine Mountain Club.

Pine Mountain Village is on the right. Continue past the Center and turn right on Freeman Drive. Turn right on Pine Valley Lane into the Pine Mountain Village.

Ventura Beach Area

From either direction on the 101 Freeway, take the CA-33 exit. Take CA-33 east for approximately 70 miles and turn right on CA-166. Take CA-166 for about 5 miles. Turn right on Hudson Ranch Road and proceed for approximately 25 miles into Pine Mountain Club.

Pine Mountain Village is on the right. Continue past the Center and turn right on Freeman Drive. Turn right on Pine Valley Lane into the Pine Mountain Village.
