Privacy Policy Supplement for California Residents and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA Supplement")

CCPA Supplement Scope
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) was enacted into law and provides California residents with certain rights. This CCPA Supplement details the rights of California residents to whom the CCPA applies and provides information related to the CCPA that supplements our Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions detailed in this CCPA Supplement and our Privacy Policy, the provisions of this CCPA Supplement shall prevail and supersede any inconsistencies with our Privacy Policy as applied to you, provided that you are: (i) a resident of California; and (ii) the CCPA applies to you.

The Site is Not Intended for Minors
We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive online world. Our Sites are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children under 13 years of age. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. No one under the age of 13 should submit any personal information to us or our Sites.
Further, minors under 18 years of age may request the deletion of their personal information by emailing CCPA@PineMountainClub.com.
Please note that while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.
Definition of "Personal Information"
As used in this CCPA Supplement, the term "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device.
"Personal information" does not include:
- De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
- Publicly available information from government records.
- Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, including, but not limited to, personal information covered by sector-specific privacy laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Graham-Leach-Bliley Act, the California Financial Information Privacy Act, and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, or clinical trial data.
Our Sites May Collect the Following Categories of Personal Information from Consumers in the Past Twelve Months

How We Use Personal Information that We Collect
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes:
- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information (e.g., registration, account creation, subscription, or order processing).
- To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Sites, products, and services.
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account, membership, and subscription.
- To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.
- To contact you for reviews, feedback, and communications.
- To engage in email marketing and regular mail communications, with opt-out options.
- To ensure communications are in the same language as the Site used for joining the mailing list.
- To enforce contractual or terms of service commitments.
- To provide support, respond to inquiries, and improve responses.
- To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Sites, products, and services.
- For testing, research, and product/service development.
- For evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and communications.
- To respond to law enforcement requests and legal obligations.
- As described during the collection process or set forth in the CCPA.
- For mergers, divestitures, or sales involving personal information.
- For contests or prizes entered by you.
We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
How We Share Personal Information
We may share your personal information with third parties for business purposes, such as processing requests or orders. We enter into contracts with third parties that ensure confidentiality and restrict the use of shared personal information to performing their obligations.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

Your Rights Under The CCPA
As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the CCPA. This section outlines your rights and how to exercise them.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we confirm your request, we will disclose:
- The categories of personal information we collected.
- The sources of the personal information.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting the information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share the information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected.
- The personal information categories disclosed for business purposes.
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Once we confirm your request, we will delete your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise these rights, please send a verifiable consumer request to CCPA@PineMountainClub.com. You may request access, data portability, or deletion twice within a 12-month period. You must provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity and ensure your request is valid.
Response Timing and Format
We will respond to your request within 45 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and an extended timeframe (up to 90 days). We will provide the response either through your account or by mail/email, as per your preference.
We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny goods or services.
- Charge different prices or rates.
- Provide different quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer financial incentives permitted by the CCPA, with written terms and your opt-in consent.
Other California Privacy Rights
California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice at any time. Changes will be posted on the Sites with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Sites following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
